Objectives:
Revision and finalisation of tender documentation for:
- Construction supervision and management services for Iasi Regional Emergency Hospital (Iasi REH)
Preparation of tender documentation for:
- Construction supervision and management services for Cluj Regional Emergency Hospital (Cluj REH)
- 1st works package for Iasi REH (i.e. early works)
- 1st works package for Cluj REH (i.e. early works)
Activities:
- Revise and finalize the full set of tender documentation that has been prepared for the construction supervision and management services for Iasi REH;
- Prepare fully fledged tender documentation for Cluj REHs based on the Iasi REH tender documentation;
- Prepare full set of tender documents for the first works contracts for Iasi and Cluj REHs (i.e. early works package) based on the technical documentation prepared by the Designers, verified by AIDVs and approved by the MoH/ANDIS;
- Assist the MoH/ANDIS in responding to the requests for clarifications/comments that might be raised by the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) during the ex-ante control phase and also responding the clarification requests of the respective tenderers for the following tender procedures: Iasi REH supervision services, Cluj REH supervision services, 1st works package for Iasi REH, 1st works package for Cluj REH.
