The company activates on the Romanian market since September 2004 and has a multidisciplinary trained team and over 200 collaborators, national and international experts.

ICE provides high quality consultancy and project management services for the public institutions at central, regional and local level in Romania and Republic of Moldova. Over the last years, we have developed our international market by establishing various partnerships as to cover other geographical regions: Europe (EU Member States, Serbia), Asia and Africa.

We have implemented or supported the implementation of lots of technical assistance projects in our core expertise sectors in the following countries: Romania, Turkey, Serbia, Republic of Moldova, Madagascar, Morocco, Chad, Mauritania, Niger, Central African Republic, Ivory Coast, Togo, Senegal, Cameroon, Mali and DRC.

In 2011, International Consulting Expertise Ltd. (Romania) joined International Consulting Expertise Group (ICE EEIG) and since then, has continued to expand in other countries such as Turkey (in partnership with the Group’s office in Turkey), Balkans and African countries (in partnership with ICE office in France).
