Objectives:
The Service Provider shall provide advisory support to the ANDIS in preparing, planning and development of the human resources strategy, manpower planning and training needs assessment all of which will be needed for the operationalization of the Iasi, Cluj and Craiova regional emergency hospitals.
Activities:
Activity 1 – Workforce situation analysis
- Methodology for the Workforce situation analysis
- Workforce situation analysis and recommendations report
Activity 2 – Forecast analysis
- Methodology for the Workforce forecast analysis
Activity 3 – Development of the detailed workforce structure (manpower planning) for each REHs
- Methodology for developing the detailed workforce structure (manpower planning)
Activity 4 – Training needs assessment
- Methodology for performing the Training Needs Assessment
- Gap Analysis Master Table Iasi REH version, Cluj REH version and Craiova REH version
Activity 5 – Development of a Human Resources Strategy for the 3 REHs
- Methodology for developing the Human Resources Strategy
- REHs Human Resource Strategy (one common document for all three REHs)
Activity 6 – Ensuring the necessary support for the financing application and procurement of the training services
- Set of proposals for technical content of the tendering packages needed to initiate the procurement of training implementation activities
Activity 7- Ensuring the necessary support for the effective functioning of the Technical Working Groups and organization of minimum 8 workshops of the Technical Working Groups
Activity 8 – Daily support in implementation
