Design and Delivery of a Training Program for the Development of Professional Competences in National Institutes with Mandate in Human Rights Fields

Objective:

The general objective of the project is the increase of the human rights protection degree and strengthening the rule of law in the Republic of Moldova, including the effective implementation in the Republic of Moldova of European and international instruments in the field of protection, promotion and prevention of human rights violation, according to the public policies priorities, strategies and plans, at a national level.

Activities:

Design of a systematic training/coaching program (theoretical and practical training and mentoring) for the key personnel of the beneficiary institutions – institutions with mandate and responsibilities in fields related to human rights, criminal justice, governance and anticorruption, including subactivities such as training needs analysis, detailed curricula and training materials, carrying out the training sessions, mentoring sessions, study visits, elaboration of Manuals – including organizational manual, HR manual, and monitoring and evaluation manual.
