Objective:
General Objective: To assist the Ministry of Environment to perform the extension and optimisation of the air quality monitoring system in Romania.
Scope: Supporting the Ministry of the Environment in the preparation of a mature Application. This will include the preparation of the documentation required to access funding (the Application for Financing, including annexes) as well as the tender documentation for the acquisition of equipment and services
Activities:
■ Elaboration of Institutional Analysis and Opportunity Study / Analysis Note
■ Prepare the tender documents for the various service and supply contracts required for project implementation
■ Elaboration of the Application for EU funding for the project “Increasing the level of assessment and monitoring of the air quality at national level” approved by the Ministry of Environment and uploaded in My SMIS.
