Objectives:
Review the submittals of the designers of Iasi, Cluj and Craiova REHs.
Activities:
The Design Review Team participated in project meetings, reviewed all deliverables submitted by the Designers in line with the Review Methodology and prepared and submitted to the PO PIU Director and EIB PAS Team Leader a ‘’Design Review Report’’ (DRR) for each deliverable and ”Monthly Review Report” that have been prepared and submitted by the Designers.
The following design deliverables were reviewed by DRTS:
1.Iasi REH
- Review of the technical design (for second works, IT and medical equipment & furniture contractual packages)
- Review of Technical Project and Execution Details
Cluj REH
- Review of Technical documentation for building permit
- Review of Technical documentation for site organization
- Review of the technical design (for first contractual package)
- Craiova REH
- Review of the Inception Report
