Tender Evaluation – Technical and Financial – WP2 Iasi, WP2 Cluj and WP 2 Craiova.

Delivered services

• Participation in the evaluation committee meetings
• Drafting the meeting notes/minutes, internal approval memos and evaluation reports and similar
• Drafting clarification requests to the tenderers
• Preparing co-opted expert reports for each phase of the tender evaluation
• Assessment of compliance of the tenderers with the minimum qualification criteria
• Assessment of the tenders on their compliance with the minimum technical requirement(s)
• Assess of the Financial offers
• Assessment of clarification to be provided by the tenderers

Providing procurement advices regarding decision to be taken by Evaluation Committee during the following stages of the evaluation: technical evaluation and financial evaluation and support Evaluation Committee to elaborate all the reports in accordance with Annex of the ANAP order for approval of the standard form
