Training Course on „Social Communication and Mediation”

Objective:

The main objective of the project was to train 140 persons, members of the field teams, employees of ANCPI, OCPI, CNGCFT, of City Halls and of the Executants of systematic registration works, with a view to developing them abilities of communication and mediation in dealing with rural inhabitants and vulnerable groups, within „Systematic Registration of immovable in 19 UAT’s” Project (CESAR).
The training programme included the:
• development of training curricula for the Social Communication and Mediation Training Course;
• implementation of the five training modules:
conflict analysis,
‣ conflict management methods,
‣ mediation skills,
‣ communication skills and
‣ dysfunctional communication.
• assessment of the training sessions – evaluation methods;
• elaboration of the Final Report;

Activities:
The main project tasks were related to:
• development of training curriculum for the Social Communication and mediation Training course;
• implementation of the five training module;
• assessment of the training sessions
• reporting
• project management
