Obiectiv:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Obiectivul acestui contract este de a elabora \u0219i implementa un program de formare care s\u0103 acopere domenii din Codul penal, inclusiv cele mai recente modific\u0103ri legislative, pentru personalul ANAF.<\/p>\n

Activit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

  • Elaboration of the training manuals and of the training plan, in the area of the Penal Code, according to the characteristics and professional experience of staff in the fiscal administration, as well as other necessary materials for the proper implementation of the training program;<\/li>\n
  • Desf\u0103\u0219urarea a 10 sesiuni de formare pentru un grup \u021bint\u0103 de 150 de persoane;<\/li>\n
  • Culegerea de feedback de la participan\u021bi \u0219i abordarea problemelor indicate de ace\u0219tia \u00een urm\u0103toarele sesiuni de formare;<\/li>\n
  • Eliberarea certificatelor de prezen\u021b\u0103 pentru participan\u021bi;<\/li>\n
  • Elaborarea rapoartelor de formare detaliate pentru fiecare sesiune, inclusiv concluziile generale \u0219i recomand\u0103rile pentru urm\u0103toarele sesiuni, \u0219i trimiterea acestora c\u0103tre ANAF pentru aprobare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
