Objective:
The procurement process has led to the conclusion of a framework contract with The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications for market research among end-users of electronic communications services – individuals and companies in Romania, in order to inform provide regular and ad-hoc information on the level of access to a range of (1) electronic communications services (as telephone, mobile telephone, fixed / mobile internet, broadcasting retransmission, data at fixed / mobile service packages) and (2) postal services.
The market research will also provide information on the degree of usage and users behavior for these services, the information and satisfaction level of users of these services

According to the main purpose of the market studies, to the specific objectives, on the category of persons to be interviewed, and respectively on the category of services which will be surveyed, the main categories of market research subject of the framework contract are the following:
