Objective:
The overall objective of the framework agreement is empowering staff of the Managing Authority, Intermediate Bodies and Beneficiaries of the ROP by providing specialized training in the prevention and resolution of cases of fraud, conflicts of interest, irregularities and lack of transparency.
The purpose of the contract is to support the Managing Authority for Regional Operational Programme 2007 – 2013, Intermediate Bodies and beneficiary institutions by providing specialized training in the field mentioned by the objective
Activities:
Organizing specific training sessions for the MA and IB ROP staff, as well as for the beneficiaries, in the following areas:
- Identification and resolution of fraud
- Identification and treatment of irregularities. Classification, addressing and reporting different types of irregularities
- Prevention and identifying conflicts of interest that may arise in the management of EU funded projects
- Identifying and addressing situations of incompatibility under Romanian legislation and European regulations
- Ensure transparency in public procurements
