Design and Delivery of a HR Management Training Program for the Ministry of Finances

Objective:

The main objective of the project is to assist the Ministry of Public Finance (MoF) in achieving a number of deliverables to develop a Human Resource Management (HRM) Strategy.

The specific objective in respect to the training program, assigned to ICE, are to a) design and deliver a high–level training program following the HRM related topics in accordance with the results of the TNA and b) contribute to the development of skills and capacity building efforts of MoF staff in these areas.

Activities:
Target group: 270 trainees from the Ministry of Public Finance (MoF) between December 2013 and March 2014;
The training is to be delivered to a mix of HRM specialists, managers and ‘execution’ staff, and it will be conducted in a series of four-day events to be held in Constanta and Sibiu.
