Objective:
The project’s overall objective consisted of supporting the Ministry of European Integration/MDPWH and its national and regional partners in achieving full absorption of the funds allocated under the Phare ESC 2005 program for the investment grant scheme in the environmental field.
Activities:
Task 1- Conducting the evaluation of grant applications
- Appraisal and selection of the investment Grant Applications submitted by the public sector in priority environmental sectors in the 8 Regions of the country;
- Appraisal and selection of the investment Grant Applications submitted by the private sector in waste management sector in the 8 Regions of the country.
Task 2: Preparation of independent evaluation reports.
