ACP-EU Digital Response Program to the COVID Crisis 19

Objective:
Set up the Management and Coordination Unit whose mission will be to assist AFD, and in particular the Project Managers of the Digital Division, in the implementation and coordination of the program’s activities
Support for the implementation of the project, its management, coordination and institutional support
- Support for the implementation of projects under AFD’s supervision :
- Formulation of the final AFD programming during the start-up phase in conjunction with the project managers concerned and the local agencies,
- Follow-up of projects, results, risks: proposal of evolution according to needs
- Formulation, promotion, mobilization, monitoring and evaluation of the technical assistance service provided by the PMU
- Program Coordination;
- Implementation of capitalization and communication
- Administrative and financial management of the program :
Monitoring: Definition, validation, dissemination, and execution of a monitoring plan for activities, outcomes and impacts.
