Objective:
The general objective of the project was to support MoLFEO and regional IBSOPHRDs in order to implement the grant schemes promoting the Active Employment Measures to Promote Lifelong Learning for the qualification and re-qualification of the labour force by providing the necessary information, as well as ensuring a transparent, competitive and effective process for the evaluation and selection of the submitted applications.
The specific objectives of the project according to the Terms of Reference were:
- Providing information regarding the grant scheme from the area of Active Employment Measures and the grant scheme for Promoting lifelong learning, for the qualification and re-qualification of the labour force;
- Ensuring a transparent, competitive and effective process for the evaluation and selection of the submitted offers;
- Increasing the capacity of the MoLFEO, regional IBSOPHRDs and of the project promoters in order to implement and monitor the projects financed within this program.
Activities:
ActivitY 1. Carrying out some information activities in order to support the potential project promoters regarding the means of applying and elaborating the applications which can be submitted in the grant schemes for the area of Active Employment Measures and Lifelong Learning for the qualification and re-qualification of the labour force and in the light of European Social Fund (ESF), including preparing and conducting information/awareness activities.
ActivitY 2.Providing the necessary information in order to prepare the projects, including help-desks and survey.
ActivitY 3. Organizing and implementing the training sessions for the Regional Committees members which will be nominated for both grant schemes.
ActivitY 4. Evaluation and selection of the applications submitted within the call for project proposals which promote the Active Employment Measures and Lifelong Learning, for the qualification and re-qualification of the labour force.
ActivitY 5. Support for monitoring the implementation of the grant schemes which promote the Active Employment Measures and Lifelong Learning for the qualification and re-qualification of the labour force.
